Primeira sessão com Hosoi!!!!
Pedro tinha marcado com Neal Hendrix pra fazer uma sessão no half da Vans, já que nos últimos 10 dias ele só andou nos bowls e nos banks encontrados pela América.
Andou no half por 30 minutos e viu Hosoi chegando no Comb Pool. Não pensou duas vezes e foi lá mostrar a revista que ele tinha guardado do Hosoi na capa justamente para esses tipos de ocasiões.
Dali não saiu mais, amoleceu os trucks e entrou na sessão junto com a turma da pesada! Ventura, Hosoi e outros locais, viram logo na primeira linha que o moleque já tava dominando as curvas com manobras de board bem corrida e variações de aéreos, mas quando saiu o primeiro twist!
Hummm, se tivesse uma música de fundo seria o Hino Nacional, só se ouvia a palavra Brasil saindo das perguntas do tipo Where is he from?” Da onde ele é?
Mesmo muito cansado de todos esses dias, Pedro conseguiu empolgar a galera e a sessão realmente bombou! Hosoi ficou só dando um rolézinho, mas mostrou que tem um domínio diferente no skate e que ali ele conhece todos os caminhos. Hosoi viu a revista, reconheceu o Léo Kakinho e ainda falou do Bruno da Waveboyz, autografou e entregou para o Pedro.”

First session with Hosoi!!!!
Pedro had already scheduled a session with Neal Hendrix at the Vans’ half-pipe, since he has only been riding bowls and banks throughout America.
He rode the half for 30 minutes and then saw Hosoi arriving at the Comb Pool. Pedro didn’t think twice and went over there to show the magazine featuring Hosoi at the cover that he has been keeping for that special occasion.
And Pedro really liked the place, so he just loosen his trucks and joined the session with the hardcore guys! Ventura, Hosoi and other locals could see in Pedro’s first line that the kid was already ruling the curves with long board tricks and air variations, but they all went in shock when the first twist came out!
Hmmm, if there were any music in the place, that would certainly be the Brazilian national anthem, as you could only hear the word Brazil coming out in reply to questions such as “Where is he from?”
Even exhausted from all these days, Pedro was able to thrill the crowd and the session really pumped!
Hosoi just took his time, but proved to have a differentiated domain on the board and that he is the one that knows all the secrets over there. Hosoi looked the magazine, recognized Léo Kakinho and commented on Bruno, of Waveboyz, then autographed the magazine and gave it back to Pedro.
